01. Booking and price proposal

After your free consultation you receive a personal price proposal, valid for 3 months. The treatment is a private service paid for by you as the patient. We only treat patients over 18 years of age.

02. Cooling-off period

Under Swedish law (2021:363) you have the right to a cooling-off period before you commit: at least 7 days before surgical procedures and at least 2 days before injection treatments. Your consent is documented in writing, and you can withdraw it up until the treatment day.

03. Deposit and payment

To book your appointment you pay 20% of the price in advance. The amount is deducted from the total, and the rest is paid before the treatment.

  • Invoice or bank transfer.
  • Card payment.
  • Financing via Medical Finance.

We do not accept cash payment.

04. Cancellation and refund

If you want to cancel, the deposit is refunded provided you notify us at least 14 days before the treatment day. If you cancel later than that, the deposit covers the time and resources we have already reserved for you. Get in touch as early as possible if you need to reschedule, and we will find a new time together.

05. What is included in the price

  • Hair transplant with the chosen method.
  • Four (4) PRP treatments, including the one given immediately after the procedure.
  • Three (3) follow-up visits to check results and give advice.
  • Additional PRP treatments can be booked at a favourable price according to our current price list.

06. Liability and disputes

Swedish law applies to the agreement. Any dispute arising from the agreement is settled by a general court. For matters that do not require medical expertise, you can also have a dispute reviewed by referring it to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
